Peach Butter 8 oz.
Our butters are the pureed fruit sweetened with sugar. The old way was to cook them very slowly until the fruit became thick enough to spread---lots of time and energy costs here. Ours contain some food starch or pectin; just enough to shorten the cooking time, but not enough to impact the flavor. Spices make them special
